To celebrate America's 250th Anniversary, Sewa International USA – South Jersey Chapter organized a large-scale community service initiative in Chesterfield Township. Nearly 180 volunteers of all ages restored 48 park benches across six local parks, creating cleaner and more welcoming public spaces. The event featured a patriotic ceremony by the Sewa Band, inspiring remarks from community leaders, and recognition of the value of volunteerism. Participants also enjoyed a community lunch sponsored by Taco Bell of Wrightstown. The initiative was made possible through the support of Anjie Kumar, Jersey Meds, Taco Bell of Wrightstown, and the Chesterfield Township Fire Department. The project showcased the power of service, teamwork, and community spirit in honoring America's milestone anniversary.
