Our total liability shall not exceed $100 USD.

5. User Responsibilities

You agree that you will NOT:

7. Copyright & DMCA Notice

If you believe your copyrighted material has been infringed, send a written notice including:

• Statement under penalty of perjury

8. Disputes Between Users

Because USADUNIA is not involved in transactions:

YOU RELEASE USADUNIA AND Holistics International, LLC FROM ALL CLAIMS, DEMANDS, AND DAMAGES ARISING FROM DISPUTES BETWEEN USERS.

We will not mediate or resolve disputes.

9. Account Suspension & Termination

We may suspend, restrict, or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for any reason.

We may remove content without explanation. Our decision is final.

10. Fees & Paid Services

We reserve the right to:

• Charge subscription or posting fees
• Modify pricing
• Introduce premium services

All payments are non-refundable unless stated otherwise.

11. Security Disclaimer

You acknowledge that:
