A vibrant Yoga Day celebration, curated for ALotusInTheMud.com, brought together spirituality, music, dance, and wellness on June 14 at the Hanuman Temple in Hempstead, New York. Centered on the theme of Bhakti (Devotion), the program featured an engaging panel discussion, a loving-kindness meditation led by Lama Aria, classical dance performances, soulful bhajans, Chair Yoga, and a joyful Ribbon Dance. The event concluded with an art auction showcasing works by Nayan Kisnadwala. Supported by community sponsors and media partners, the celebration drew around 200 attendees, who wrapped up the day by enjoying a vegetarian meal together outdoors.
